Summer at JBDW!

Looking for a joyful, positive summer activity for your child? JB Dance Wellness is offering multiple Dance & Wellness programs throughout the summer — designed to nurture confidence, creativity, movement, and fun in a supportive environment.

It’s the perfect way for kids to:

We offer morning, afternoon, and bundled options to fit your summer schedule.

Tiny Movers - Ages 1.5-3

Tiny Movers is a caregiver-supported movement experience designed especially for toddlers. Through playful dance, music, creative movement, simple crafts, and gentle mindfulness activities, little ones will build coordination, body awareness, confidence, and a love for movement in a nurturing, low-pressure environment.

This is a multi-class program held at 9:30 AM each day. A parent or caregiver is required to remain on site and may stay in the dance room or relax in the waiting room (recommended to help build independence, focus, and confidence).

Our preschool and early elementary summer programs are thoughtfully designed to nurture the whole child—mind, body, and soul—in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment.

Dancers will explore creative movement, ballet, tap, and jazz while building strength, balance, and coordination through playful obstacle courses that support both fine and gross motor development. Each class also includes engaging crafts and coloring activities to spark creativity and imagination.

We gently weave in mindfulness throughout each class, introducing simple practices like breathing exercises and positive affirmations to help dancers build confidence, emotional awareness, and self-expression.

Most importantly, children will have the opportunity to make friends, feel supported, and grow in a space where they are encouraged to be themselves
